Breakfast & Lunch Program Information
The Gallipolis City Schools Food Services Department operates under the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) program. The CEP program allows the district to serve free meals to all students, with each student eligible for one free breakfast and one free lunch daily. All schools in the district offer a la carte items that students can purchase.
Food Services Payment Information
The following are the ways you can add money to a student's lunch account:
- Send cash or check: Give the money to your child, who can then give it to the cashier in the cafeteria. Alternatively, you can take the money directly to the school office. If paying by check, please make it payable to Gallipolis City Schools.
- Pay online: Visit the district's webpage and select "PAYSCHOOLS CAFETERIA PAYMENT". Follow the instructions to make your payment.
Smart Snack Information
All food & beverage items sold at school during the school day are required to meet nutritional standards. The Smart Snacks in School regulation applies to all food & beverage items sold as a la carte in the cafeteria, in the school store, vending machines, and any other area of the school where food is sold to students.

Additionally, program information may be made available in languages other than English.
To file a program discrimination complaint, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, AD-3027, found online at How to File a Program Discrimination Complaint and at any USDA office or write a letter addressed to USDA and provide in the letter all of the information requested in the form. To request a copy of the complaint form, call (866) 632-9992. Submit your completed form or letter to USDA by:
