Superintendent

 

On behalf of the Board of Education, and the outstanding staff of the Gallipolis City School District, I would like to pledge our commitment to creating a culture of excellence that supports and encourages academic success.  In addition, I would like to reinforce the District’s mission for all students to become successful life-long learners.

As your Superintendent, I will work to create a positive environment and instill a passion for life-long learning.  High performance schools have these attributes and climates that support student achievement.  The Gallipolis City School District is committed to improving respectful relationships among staff, students, parents, and stakeholders within the community.  Our academic success is a result of rigorous academic programs, effective teachers, and strong community support.  We have implemented new curriculum and well-rounded educational programs to ensure that all students reach their full potential.

As parents and community members, you have a critical role in helping to meet the educational needs of our children.  Please know that your input and cooperation are vital to the success of our students and our District.  We know that successful learning occurs through a combination of support and effort from home, school, and community.
